CodeBlockrendered a copy button only in itseditorvariant;terminalhad none and no prop to opt in. Adds one to the terminal header, using the component's ownCopyButton, plus a test so it can't regress.Consumed by elide-dev/WHIPLASH#1721, where three docs snippets are uncopyable because of this.
